Check-in is available from 14:00 to 24:00. Check-out must be done before 11:30 on the day of departure. Late check-out will be charged with the cost of one more night, according to the daily price.

It is possible to park your car in our private parking for 20€/night. The parking place must be previously reserved and it is subjected to availability; it needs to be confirmed by management.

All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge ( in beds already present in the room).

Any type of extra bed or child's cot is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

NB: The price do not include the city fees that must be paid upon the arrival in hotel.

- Standard rate: no charge will be made at the time of booking. The credit card details will be held as a guarantee until the day of departure. Payment will be made directly by the customer at the check-in time.

- Non-refundable rate: the entire amount of money must be paid at the moment of reservation. In case of cancellation request, no show or early departure the total amount of reservation is charged and will be not refundable.

- Standard rate: the reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to 2 days before the date of arrival. In case of late cancellation, the full amount of the first night will be charged. In case of no show or early departure, the full amount of the reservation will be charged. The hotel reserves the right to check the validity of the credit card before the arrival by requesting the pre-authorization of the full amount to the circuit to which it belongs. The pre-authorization does not involve charges, but only the temporary blocking of the agreed rate, as a guarantee. The hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation in case the credit card is not valid or in case of lack of funds.

- Non-refundable rate: the total amount of reservation is charged and will be not refundable.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED TO CHECK-IN:

We remind all our guests that we can only accommodate people, including minors, in possession of an identity document (ID card or passport or other document suitable for confirming identity under current regulations). If guests do not have a valid ID, they will not be able to check-in. No customer can identify another guest, even if they claim to be responsible for the same. For minors not accompanied by their parents, in addition to the minor's ID, a written authorisation from their parents (or guardians) is mandatory, containing the dates of the stay and photocopy of their parents' (or guardians') ID.
